15 February 2016 does it make any difference if the body of individuals is incorporated or not?

16 February 2016 Body of individuals (BOI) means a group of individuals who carry on some activity with the objective of earning income. It would consist only of individuals. Entities like companies or firms cannot be members of a body of individuals. Hope, it can be registered as a firm etc. But incorporation as a company or LLP is not treated as BOI ......as the company / LLP has a separate legal existence from its members.
