Tally ERP 9 could be downloaded on pirated / cracked basis from torrent files ets... But while downloading the contents especially softwares would lead some problems... So go for the original versions if you are going to generate some revenue out of it.. or if it is only for studying purpose go for pirated one from internets... Good Luck..
