I wanna know that i have hired a car from a trvelling agent for few days. The service value of the travel agent is more than 50000.00,will the travel agent be consider as an individual contractor or not? Under which section TDS will be deducted & what Rate?

My view,If it is only the ticket payment no TDS, if agent charging some service charges,then the service charges will attract TDS u/s.194C
