What is to be done if one of the promoter(Subscriber to the memorandum) out side India. To subscribe the Memorandum by the promoter who is outside of the country who will be eligible to sign as witness. Is notary of that outside country can validate the requirement...?????????? Pls give ur suggestions.. Thnx in advance
