But our shareholdings is as follows

In these case if We want to transfer 10000 shares how we can split these shares.

Please tell me the Procedure?

29 March 2011 Make it clear

Who want to transfer share to Mr. X.

And if all the existing share want to transfer then in what Proportion.

31 March 2011 Thanks Sugandhi,

We want to transfer Shares of Mr. f & g.

7000 Shares of Mr. f and 3000 Shares of Mr.g.

31 March 2011 Now to transfer share, follow following steps:

1. No need to split share certificate of Mr. F as entire shareholding is to be transfered.

2. In case of Mr. G. :- split share certificate into two parts for 4000 and for 3000 shares and issue both to Mr, G

3. make entry of Transfer on certificate of Mr. F (7000) and Mr. G (3000 Share) to Mr. X.

Hope the above is in order.
