whether SHEC and Education Cess unutilised Cenvat credit shall be now part of Service tax and 14% service tax can be utilised from SHEC and Education Cess also , if any cir cular regarding This please relply this question.

SHEC and Education Cess cannot be utilized to pay off Service Tax liability. However a TRU letter to the field formations has directed that these may be utilized to pay off service tax. In ST - 3 transfer the balance lying to the credit of SHEC and EC to Service Tax by proper entries in the utilization and availment sections and then utilize such credit to pay of Service Tax.
