Hello,
Sir i have a small query... just wnt to know ITC (of service) can be set off with gst tax outward (of goods supplied )....?

Yes. you can take input, provided the Goods and Services Tax charged on any supply of goods and/or services to him which are used or are intended to be used, during furtherance of his business

if some one charge rent but he is individual and unrestered in Gst, in that case reverse charge will be aplicable

No. only registered dealer may be required to pay it under RCM.
