my client is having turnover below Rs. 10 lakh. Eventhough he has registered himself under Service Tax Act . He had submitted Works Contract bills amounting to Rs.250000 in the month of July which are sanctioned during November 12 Please guide whether to Pay Service Tax on the amount of Works Contract bills submitted prior to Regn even if he had not recovered Service TAx from Company and whether basic exemption is available under service Tax Act
