Sir,
In a contract (Supply & Erection of Electrical items) involving material and labour portion which are divisible in nature is liable under RCM or not? (The contractor being an individual)
If the same is applicable, whether ST is calculated on 70% or 100% of the Service portion

If the contractor is individual and service receiver is business entity registered as body corporate RCM is applicable. If the contract is divisible ST to be calculated on 100% of the service portion.
