if We are providing Electricity and AC service to our tenant through out DG sets or through Direct Line of electricity's AND PROVIDING Air Conditioning SERVICE THROUGH our Chiller machine can we charges service tax on invoice/Bill basically we running this services from a commercial building to our client who has taken space in this commercial building as per lease agreement. should we charges or not ??
