plase let me know which date will be for payment of ST as per point of taxtion rule.
service completed date 1/4/2015
bill issued date 5/4/2015
payment receipt date 12/7/2015
please tell me know in this above date which date will be consider for point of taxation rule and what will be due date for service tax payment in case of individual

as per notification no. 13/2014. if the payment receipt within six month of issuing invoice. the payment receipt date will be consider for point of taxation.
please correct me if i am wrong...
