My client has registered under Service Tax and service provide under exemption limit under notification i.e. below 10 lakhs but some of service bill he charged service tax, Now my quetion is that once he charged & paid to govt.than after next billing he could charge the same or not because service provide in this financial period till date below limit. Does it means his exepmtion limit cease if once he charge service tax ?
