Sir, whether electrical installation installed in factory will qualify for additional depreciation? According to me it will qualify because it will covered under the BLOCK of plant machinery?

No Additional Depreciation can be claimed on Electrical Installation as it is generally covered under the Furniture & Fittings. It can not be told as plant & machinery unless it is forming an integral part of P&M. . Please refer the discussion on the link-
Electrical Installation shall always be treated as Furniture & Fixtures. It will not, in any case, be called a plant & Machinery. Electrical Equipment & Installments may be used for controlling the power supply or to provide the power supply to plant & machinery.
