I want to clarify the following matter
It is a situation in my bussiness that suzlon infrastructure services ltd. had deducted my TDS of Rs 175086 in AY 08-09.Tds certificate had received after the filling of return of 08-09.As per the income tax rule collection of tax is effected at the source when income arises or accrues. In my case income was arisen in the year AY 09-10 so TDS was considered in the same year.
Kindly clarify the above matter as possible as early and if there is any case law kindly send me it with your clarification.
