16 August 2010 Can anyone give me Search Report Format, which a Bank require from a Chartered Accountant in case of Loan aplication?

16 August 2010 If the borrower is a corporate client, bank will ask for search report. They, mainly require the details of borrowings, among others, by the company. First of all, you may ask the bankers what all details they require to be in search report. Then list out those requirement, and meet a practising company secretary who in turn take out the required details from Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal, certify it and give it to the company to the satisfaction of the lending bank.
