If I received by a Pvt Ltd Company sales commission on monthly basis after deduct the TDS Then what is my source of Income

Income from salary or any other

Please also give clerification regarding my expenses for earning commission and what about my tax liabilities

11 January 2011 If you are getting commission, then you are not employee. Expenses for earning commission can be claimed from the income of commission.
