29 August 2012 Dear Sir,
I want to know that.how more HRA i can give to employee if his salary is 75,000/- And he is giving my 17,000/-rent receipt per month

so how more amount i will allow him to give actual HRA by company,

29 August 2012 HRA Conditions are Stated in 10 13A:-

1. Actual Amount Received
2. Rent Paid - 10 & of Basic Salary+DA
3. 50% of Basic+DA if in Metro City, Else 40%.
