Salary certificate for singapore employee

This query is : Resolved

22 December 2012 As per Info shared by Singapore Based consultant:
A Singapore based company does not any legal requirements for the issue of a salary certificate.
In this case, employees of said company are working in India. Thus their salaries income are taxable in India.
My Queries:
1.Comment whether company is not required to issue any salary certificate as per Singapore norms.
2.If the salary certificate may be issued in INR as the terms of employment specifies that salary shall be recd in INR.
3.If the said salary is fixed in SGD & are recd after the close of relevant FY,whether the salary amount determined after converting avg conversion rate of SGD/INR can be taken for declaring salary as per salary certificate.
4.pl share any such format of salary certificate issued by Singapore based company to its employees based in India.
Thnx..
