Sir We provide Medical Reim. 1250 Per Month. Bills of medical will be required or not?? If bill not to be provided by Employee then the amount 15000 will be taxable in salary

Yes as per income tax act , if you are receiving medical reim amount then you have to provide the medical bills otherwise it will be taxable in your hand.
