Can some tell me abt roc requirement to be complied with in case of new co. to be incorporated (At the time of registration n annually compliance)
Generally, their is no need to file any Form with ROC until any event happens in company.
Generally following is documents required to be filed annually with ROC after holding of Annual General Meeting:
1.Form-23AC within 30 days from AGM 2 Form-23ACAwithin 30 days from AGM 3.Form-20B within 60 days from AGM 4. Form-66 within 30 days from AGM, if applicable. 5. Form-23B will be filed by Auditor appointed at AGM within 30days from the acceptance of appointment letter.
