22 September 2012 In case of splitting up of a share, what will be the share certificate no. of the new two shares allotted in place of original share?

Yes, if one share certificate is issued for 10000 shares then it Contain followings:
1. Folio no 01
2. Certificate No. 01,
3. No. of share 10000,
4. Name of Shareholder
5. Distinctive No. 01-10000

If the said share certificate is spletted in to 2 share certificate of 5000 shares each then, all point of above will be same except point no. 2, 3 and 5. likw..
2. Certificate No. 2 or 3
3. No of shares 5000
5. Distinctive no. will be 01-5000 or 5001-10000.
