09 August 2012 One of our client didnt took into consideration couple of bills received while filling the return for the last half year (i.e.oct 11 to March 12). He has paid the service tax liablity on the said bills after filling the return.Now he cannot revised the return as more than 90 days have passed. what are the other options available to him??? Can he take the said bills in the next half year return?
