24 July 2013 I have filed return online today but last three digit of bank A/C I missed to mention and all things are right and I have generated ITR-V also.I have no claim for any return. TDS deducted is equal to tax payable.Should I file revised return or not?

24 July 2013 If you didn't have any refund amount then you don't worry regarding the mistake in Bank account. So need not to file revise return you shall submit the ITR-V. Still if you have any fear about that then submit revised return and then send such revised return ITR-V to CPC.

24 July 2013 Revised return can be filed only after once the last date ie.31st july is over or I can file before 31st july?

24 July 2013 Yes, revised return can file at any time after submission of original return upto one year from the end of the assessment year. So at present also you can file revise return.
Note: if the original return filed u/s 139(1) then only revised return u/s 139(4) shall be valid.
