Resubmission of inc7

03 December 2014 sir,
i have two queries in this regard

1)we have been asked to resubmit inc7 after correcting moa.no correction in dir-12
whether dir-12 also has to be resubmitted with inc7?
2)in inc7 against item no 9 ie whether stamp duty is to be paid electronically through mca21 system- YES NO NA
what has to be filled

05 December 2014 If ROC asked for only INC-7 then file only INC-7. Other forms cannot be resubmitted also.

Select yes option in point no 9. otherwise you have to pay stamp duty physically.
