RESOLUTIONS IN AGM

28 September 2010 A RESOLUTION WAS PASSED BY THE COMPANY IN THE PREVIOUS AGM UNDER SECTION 293 (1)(a)and section 372 (a)of the companies act. Whether the same is required to be passed in the current AGM also.

28 September 2010 No need to pass it again. It is valid for future also subject to the limits mentioned in the resolution and unless canceled by a fresh resolution.

29 September 2010 If you have already passed resolution under section 293(1) (a) and section 372 A of the Companies Act, and you have mention the maximum limit, then there is no further approval of shareholders in future until you cross the limit specified in resolution.
