21 November 2017 Thank you very much Raja P M Sir,

Raja Ji, Some experts advise, to mention expenses in GSTR3B Return - Table 5 are mandatory for example petrol / diesel to be show in non-GST supplies.

Iam very confused. What should i do (Report or not)

Your stand is very clear about reporting of expenses not required in your many replies for other same queries.

Please advise me, what should i do. (We are run a Pvt. Tuition Centre)

Regards,
Ramesh

21 November 2017 The Petrol, Diesel, Electricity and Alcohol is declared as Non-GST Supplies under GST.
It's common use for "People/Consumers/End Users" and the "People/Consumers/End Users" can't claim Input Credit in Previous Tax Regime and GST Regime. So, I think it's called "Non-GST Supplies".

Who deal the products as "Business" they can show it in GSTR 3B. Otherwise no need... These are not Supplies to others hands...

21 November 2017 Thank you very much Raja P M Sir,

One more query sir, is it mandatory to report ineligible ITC in GSTR3B Return like GST paid on Restaurant Bill, Car Insurance paid by Firm.

Regards,
Ramesh
