I am govt. employee and received arrears for last 10 years. Please guide me for the followings:
1.Whether any form (10E) is required to submit with the return or a simple calculation required only
2.There are two FY (2001-02 & 2004-05) when tax increased if we calculate the tax for relief,so can I ignore the calculation for these two years (as arrear is for 10 years continously).

1. Only simple calculation is reqiured at the time of return filing.
