19 December 2013 on 04.12.2013 they have rejected the ITRV as the filing date is exceeded due date

19 December 2013 As per the CPC guidelines or rules your ITR-V acknowledgment shall reach to CPC by November 25,2013 and November 27,2013 respectively but as it reached CPC by 4th December 2013 means after 120 days thus it rejected your ITR.
The delay is any of the reason or any of the side for submission of ITR-V the responsibility is with us not with CPC.

Don't worry now again revise the return and then send ITR-V acknowledgement of such revised return to CPC through Speed post with in 120 days then CPC shall consider your return and process and allows refund.
