23 July 2011 I see In My 26AS The credit of Income Tax Not shown But When I File Returen I Give A copy Of TDS cirtificate To Department & Give My Bank A/c No.With MICR Code.

Q1.Whether Income Tax Department Will Give A notice For Present Original Cirtificate Or Not.
Q2. If IT Dep. Give Me Refund, than By Cheque or ECS.
Q3 I Fill In Returen Form By Cheque & Amount Is Rs. 5040. Is Any Problem For Refund Recive From Dep. pls Suggest Me.

23 July 2011 1.All the returns, whether Manual or Online, have to be submitted without any annexures.
So even if you give copy of your TDS Certificates you will not get the refund untill the person who has deducted TDS corrects his mistake and revise his TDS return.

You will get the refund only if the amount is reflected in your 26AS.

23 July 2011 2. If you have selected that you want refund by cheque than the same will be sent by a cheque only. The cheque will come from Mumbai through SPEED POST at the address mentioned in your return. But if 26AS is not showing any TDS then the cheque will not come.

23 July 2011 Undoubtedly replied correctly.

23 July 2011 The amount of TDS needs to be reflected in form 26AS. So the deductor of TDS needs to revise his ETDS return
