regarding Donations, How Much assesse can donate the amount. is there any limit to donate. For Ex. One of Our Employee getting annual CTC of Rs.25 Lac. Can he can donate upto 3Lac. Please guide/explian me.

There will be no limit to make donation u/s 80G. You can make donation of Rs. 3 Lakhs.

As per my knowledge, the maximum deduction allowable u/s 80G is only upto 10% of gross adjustable income. Practically, ITOs do not allow more then 10% of gross Income. I would like to know the rules in this regard from our other senior members.
