Can you please clarify that whether a director of a company can become a CFO of a company...???

24 June 2015 There is no bar on director becoming a CFO. However, CFO is a key managerial person and working full time with the company, shall not hold office in more than one company except in its subsidiary company at the same time without the permission of the
Board.
