I am selling my property at the purchase price only(purchase price 1.45 crore) in my case please tell me what would be capital gain? Can I claim stamp duty paid as deduction?
Please also let me know can I request buyer to not deduct any TDS while making payment to me (as applicable under section 194-IA)

Thanks & Regards

09 January 2015 Stamp duty paid is an allowable expenditure hence deduction can be claimed.

If you sell at purchase price then there is no capital gain.

You can't request buyer not to deduct any TDS as it is mandatory on the part of purchaser to deduct TDS.
