My friend has passed hi final ca exams dis tym but in the 2nd attempt. Is he eligible to get placed in Earnst & Young or KPMG?

Companies like E&Y and KPMG looks at articleship experience more than the attempts so if your friend has done the same from a good place then he is definitely eligible.
