Dear All, whether Sales Commission paid to Same Party to whom we supplied material, Party raised bill of Sales Commission and charged service tax

I think from query it seems that applicability of service tax on such transaction is asked. In my opinion it is covered under 'business auxiliary service and liable to servic tax and therefore, bill raised is correct.
