hELLO sIR, i WANTED TO to know that in a salary structure of a pVT company is there any problem if we keep D.A.(not forming part of retirement benefits) = 100% of basic pay.And additionally P.F.,Bonus and ESIC will be deducted on Basic only or Basic or Basic + D.A.? Please guide me.

No harm. You can do that. (In fact, at present, in case of Govt employee the DA rate is above 100) What appears from between the lines of your query is you want to give some additional salary but do not want to pay pf etc on the same...In that case why to use the word DA...use the word Special Allowance. Your views please.

Yup exactly so sepcial allowance can be given now under labour laws is there any limit that minimum basic should be how much? say for eg Cost to company is say 1,50,000 per month. CAn we design basic =50,000 Medical allowance=10,000 HRA =35,000 special allowance = 55,000
