18 August 2011 Can the companies minutes be typed and pasted in loose sheets OR they are to be specifically handwritten.
Kindly also provide a checklist for the same.

Each page of every such book shall be initialled or signed and the last page of the record of proceedings of each meeting in such books shall be dated and signed
