i want to know the full provisions of companies act regarding qualification share. is that applicable on independent director also?

A director of public company is not required to hold qualification share unless required by articles u/s 270, if provided by article then Independent Directors are also included under the provision.
No provision of Companies Act regarding Qualification shares applies to a private Company u/s 273 of the act.
