What are the consequenses if Immovable Property for Rs. 9.5 Lacs is purchased without Pan ? How Can Department Find Such Transaction ?

The transactions of above Rs.30.00 lakhs will be given by the Registrar.But for the transactions below Rs.30.00 lakhs, the Department may pick some transactions randomly.No particular method is prescribed.It may come in random selection or else not.
