My friend works for Australian High Commission & is getting salary without TDS being deducted despite of her income being taxable. My question is that why is TDS not being deducted & is any special provision applicable to her so as to be considered while filing her return?
I request my folks to address the query asap as she needs to file her return within a week.

there are specail provisions in this regard but they are applicable only in case the individual receiving salary is not a citizen of India
