19 December 2010 I wanted to know that my client is having an proprietor business and he is deducting provident fund from the salaried employees both employees and employer portion and he is regularly depositing the PF to dept but not filed any return Can anyone suggest me is any return to be filed and if yes from where monthly,quarterly,annualy plz advce and if e filing can be done plz let me know the website

20 December 2010 Dear Sir,
Ask your client to approach the Local EPF office, where the PRO is available to resolve all the queries. If your client happens to be in chennai the complete PF returns forms are available with M/s Seetharaman and Co,situated in Royapettah High Road, Chennai 14.
Otherwise they can approach the consultant who in turn will do this job for ESI and PF

20 December 2010 Please note that returns are to be filled on monthly and yearly basis as well personal data of employees to be submitted while joining as well leaving the service.

The compliance required to be done since the beginning.Besides you have to check proper registration is taken or not.

It would be better to approach Local PF Office for proper guidance

21 December 2010 Sir,in every city there are lot of PF and ESI consultants.Tell you client to approach one of them because lot of PR work is needed in the PF Dept.
