I want to know how about the pf of the employees who were working in a company and now the company is continued with another name and all the existing employees have been given the same job in the company. now the new pay slip doesnt show the previous pf balance. I want to know how employees can get to know about their pf in previous company and second whether is it possible to trfr the balance in pf to new named company? pls tell me what is the law saying behind it?
