16 October 2009 In the concern's books of accounts, there is expense written under the head "Salaries" Rs 10000
Other information given - Salary includes Rs 3000 being employer's contribution to RPF to the employees made after one month after due date.

My question is shall this Expense of RPF be deductible?

17 October 2009 Yes, employers share to provident fund is deductible expenditure. The only thing to check that the amount is paid in due date.
IF the same is not paid in due date then employer contribution will be disallowed and same will be permanent disallowances.
