You can personally meet clients and give them your visiting cards.
A successful CA is that who can ensure his prospective clients immediately.
For this, not only practical knowledge about the profession but command over local language is also required.
Clients should get ensured that this person is not only qualified but is the person with whom they can share their problems easily without any hesitation.

Another way out is keep working hard with high professional statndard...people will automatically notice you. However this is a bit time taking but strong and long term stability method.

Get part time employment with some concerns but raise your professional bills for services rendered and take payments from them accordingly.
