Who prepares and make amendments to the Bare Act? Is there a team of professionals which does that? What is the procedure? Is there anyway we can point out grammatical errors or misleading statements in a Bare Act so as to suggest a rectification and is there a way to seek clarifications in respect of confusing statements included therein?

Yes, there is a team of good and experienced professionals with almost each ministry. You can give suggestion through letter or mail ID provided on web of each ministry.
In continuation of Mr MAheshwari's Statement ........ Else in the bare Act you are referring to on the last pages or on the start of the book they ask for hte suggestion with the relevant mail id' or address, Please follow that.

Mr.Gul, I did not see in the beginning or end of the Bare Act any website seeking suggestions for amendments in Bare Act.On the other hand, there is a site and email ID seeking corrections by the Publishing Company. For example in Taxmann's Bare Act,there is a request by the publishing company to bring to their notice any errors in printing or other related matters. Can you help me find where actually is the email ID seeking corrections in Bare Act? Or is that the request by the publishing company that you also mentioned?
You can log in the site of Law Ministry to get further details. You can mail them necessary suggestions. Please do get back if you are unable to do so.
