i have to know what is the procedure of filing renewal application for eligible deduction under section 80G to doner and which documents are required and in how much copies

The required form is FORM no 10 G. To be submitted in triplicate to the jurisdictional Commissioner of Income tax. Enclosures are:- 1) Copy of 12 A registration certificate. 2) Notes on activities of the trust since its inception or last 3 years which ever is less. 3) Copies of accounts of the trust since its inception or during the last 3 years which ever is less. For further details please refer section 80G (5) (vi) and rule 11AA in www. incometaxindia.gov.in

Dear Sir, as per new guide line both certificates like 80G and 12A need to apply for renewal . Second thing .......Is it to apply thru online or Manual Hard copy to submit with concerned department . and Last is is there any CA sign required to file application for renewal of 80G and 12A. Pls reply
