Hello all, I had heard that pvt company can not borrow money from individuals after introduction of companies act 2013. I want to know that is there any hurdles in raising fund through individuals for private limited company in Companies act,2013 ? If so,please elaborate the details and related sections. Thank You.

read section 73 of companies act 2013 with rules. you will get all your answers. all the hurdles arises due to sec 73 i.e. acceptance of deposits
