Problem of diffrentce in opening balance in tally

04 May 2013 Dear Experts,

I recently joined one company in UAE as accountant, there is a difference in opening balance on the debit side of the trial balance in tally. how to rectify. Please help me...
Also I can understand the thing is systematic accounting work has been started here only last 4 months before(1-1-2013 Onwards)
This company is absolutely non-trading company.

04 May 2013 You will have to clearl locate the difference by checking the basis on which the opening entries were made. It may be due to a fact that some Ledger account might have not been opened.
