Hi,
Can any one tell me that, I am incorporating a new company in the state of Gujarat . for which i need to submit the moa and aoa electronically through form 1 , is there any physical stamping or any other procedures required or directly a pdf file can be uploaded.

directly a pdf file i. e. form 1 can be uploaded and stamp duty to be paid via MCA only.
