MY FRND WORK IN PHARMA COMPANY..COMPANY GIVE HIM HRA ALLOWANCES OF RS 75000/- AND HE IS ALSO PAYING PRI EMI OF HOUSING LOAN RS 35000/- DURING THE YEAR..
WHETHER HE WILL GET DEDUCTION OF RS 35000/- UNDER INCOME TAX???

Yes he can if EMI paid for house which are not declared as self occupied house property I.e. rental income is declared on such property...
