1. Read basic section of companies act 2013 relating to incorporation, share capital, statutory records, General and Board meeting, ROC filing etc. Keep your self updated about latest amendment.
2. Before appearing for an interview, do some research about the company/firm, work exposure you are likely to get.
3. Be confident while appearing for an interview. nothing to fear.
